Garnishment Code

The Public Hearing scheduled for February 24, 2023 has been moved to March 17th, 2023 at 1pm at the Council Chambers for the proposed Garnishment Code.

There is a Public Hearing scheduled for February 24, 2023 at 1pm in the Tribal Council Chambers for the proposed Garnishment Code. The Proposed Garnishment Code is attached to this email.

The Attorney General's Office will take written comments via email until March 9, 2023 sent to: kateri.killsinwater@rst-nsn.gov Written comments may also be dropped off at the Attorney General's Office as well.
