Head start -12th grade students enrolled in school ON and OFF Reservation

The clothing incentive will be in form of a check in the child (ren)'s name and is to be used for School Clothing, Shoes, Toiletries, School Supplies and other school related needs ONLY.
Applications will be available August 1, 2025 at the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Secretary’s Office, local area schools, and on the following web site: www.rstsecretary.com
We will accept applications via: in person, mail or email (FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

ON RESERVATION:
Parent/Guardian including SD Social Services (if yourchild is in custody) will be required to fill out an application with:
current address(city, state, zip code),
current telephone number,
proof of tribal enrollment
proof of guardianship (if applicable)
For the Local schools and Headstarts, our office will verify school enrollment.
***WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS***
Applicant must have photo identification upon pick up of the clothing incentive. Will only release to the Parent/Guardian listed on the application, NO EXCEPTIONS.

OFF RESERVATION:
Parent/Guardian including SD Social Services (if yourchild is in custody) will be required to fill out an application with:
current address (city, state, zip code)
current telephone number
proof of tribal enrollment
proof of guardianship (if applicable)
proof of school enrollment (student schedule and or school enrollment verification letter from your child (ren)’s respective school.
Upon approval of a COMPLETE APPLICATION, checks will be mailed out by certified mail.
